Does GSU buy books back? ›

At the end of each term (or whenever you no longer need the book), the campus store will buy back books based on the book's current market value. Learn more about our return policy.

Include a copy of your confirmation email or order details with your securely packaged return. If you don't have this information, include a note with your name, email address, phone number, and order number. Your refund could be delayed if we can't identify the original purchase details.

In short, you don't need to keep every single textbook you ever use, but you should not get rid of all of them, either. Keep the books you think will be useful to you in the future, but donate or sell back the books you will no longer need.

General Merchandise

Clothing, gifts, general books, and supplies are returnable within 30 days of purchase with a valid KSU Bookstore receipt. Merchandise must be returned in original condition with tags attached.

You must drop your courses before the withdrawal period begins for a full refund. Refunds for withdrawals are only issued if you withdraw from ALL courses during the withdrawal period each semester. Refund percentages are calculated based on the date you withdraw from ALL courses.

Can GSU freshman live off campus? ›

Any undergraduate student new to Georgia Southern University with less than 30 earned credit hours is required to live on campus for an entire academic year. This requirement includes students accepted by the Office of Admissions as a first-time, full-time student (12 credits per semester) or a transfer student.

Depending on the hall, co-ed halls are divided either by floor, or by wing or by floor and wing. All residence halls on the Georgia Southern Campus are co-ed.

The Georgia Perimeter acceptance rate is 99%. Popular majors include Liberal Arts and Humanities, Nursing, and Dental Hygiene.

To transition to the Atlanta Campus, you need to have: Completed 30 or more credit hours with at least a 2.0 grade point average (GPA) at Perimeter College, including all units of Area A of the Board of Regents' Core Curriculum.

Georgia Perimeter College became Perimeter College, the 10^th college within Georgia State University. Prior to the consolidation, Georgia State and Georgia Perimeter already shared a history forged in part by students. Nearly 1,500 Georgia Perimeter students annually transferred to Georgia State.
