Did you have a bumper crop of pumpkins this year? I know of at least one homesteader who has more pumpkins than she knows what to do with. That got me thinking. How many canned pumpkin recipes can I find to use up leftover canned pumpkin puree?

Now, while I’m all for growing your own food as much as possible, sometimes we need shortcuts. And buying canned pumpkin puree does help stock up a prepper pantry if you aren't ready to learn to make pumpkin puree from scratch.
