One way to stay on top of your keto diet is to meal prep. Meal prep is not a new concept, but it’s something to be consistent with. Start by designating a day of the week to meal prep, most people do this on Sunday so you can begin your week off on the right track. But depending on your schedule, you can decide to do it on another day of the week. Your prep day may consist of research for recipes, planning out your meals, shopping for ingredients and of course, cooking. If your not a big fan of standing in the kitchen all day, most of these recipes below are quick, simple recipes that you can cook in one pan, bake on a sheet pan or in an instant pot that you can set and not worry about.

So this is why I love meal prepping for those who might not like to cook you can get a week’s worth of cooking done in an afternoon. You can meal prep for many reasons like busy schedules, you just don’t want to and of course (let’s be real), healthy eating (portion control) and special diets.

One way to stay organized for your week is to use meal prep containers like these to store and portion your food ahead of time. I prefer to use meal prep containers because it holds my entire meal in one place and when I’m extra lazy I don’t have to think or worry about what am I going to eat.
